RE – Arrangements for Sept 21.
As we come to the end of term I would like to take this opportunity to share the new arrangements for September with you.
From the start of the new term in September, we revert back to opening all day on Fridays. Therefore, school times will be as follows:
School Day – Monday to Friday
Lower School (Years 3 and 4)
Start – 8:40
Finish – 3:10
Upper School (Years 5 and 6)
Start – 8:40
Finish – 3:15
The school gates will be opened at 8:35 each morning.
End of term dates and arrangements
School finishes for summer for pupils in years 3 - 5 on Tuesday 20th July at the following times:
Year 3: 12:20
Years 4 and 5: 12:25
School finishes for pupils in Year 6 on Monday 19th July at 3:15
On Tuesday 20th July all pupils will have the opportunity to spend the morning with their new teacher and support staff, in their new classrooms. Children who will be joining us from year 2 will also spend the morning with us.
On Friday 16th July (Thursday 15th for Year 6) children will bring home their exercise books with the work in that they have completed this year. Please could you send in a strong carrier bag to school to put them in. (Please note that we need to keep some books as samples. These will be returned later next year)
15th July – Pupil work sent home (Year 6)
16th July - Pupil work sent home (Year 5)
16th July am – Year 6 Leavers’ Assemblies
16th July pm – Year 6 Proms
19th July – Year 5 trip to Warwick Castle
19th July – year 6 break up for summer
20th July – Transition day and break up for summer (see above for times)
