Welcome to Rowling Class!
Please check our class page regularly for updates about what we have been learning in class as well as for useful information - including homework!
Important Information
PE
Our class PE Days are Monday and Wednesday.
Mondays: Please come into school in your school PE kit.
Wednesdays: Please just bring your trainers into school.
Homework
Maths and English will be set from now on every week. Homework will be sent home on a Thursday and be due back by the following Wednesday.
Children will also continue to bring their reading book and reading journal home every night. Children need to read for 15 minutes a night at least and record this in their diary. If a parent can sign the diary to confirm they have read that would be brilliant! Thankyou
This Week's Homework:
Maths: See Century
English: See Century or Spag.com
All homework will be set on a Thursday and will be due in for the following Wednesday.
We will be checking to see who has completed homework.
Answers for marking will be available in class.
Please don't hesitate to chat to a teacher in school if you need help.
Home Working!
Hello 6HP!
If at any point you need to isolate and work from home - you will be sent a link to our normal class lessons via Microsoft Teams. Please make sure you log on for 8.45am when the school day starts.
Stay Safe and see you soon !
Mrs Perrett
Professor McGinty
We enjoyed a visit from Professor McGinty this term who told us all about his time travelling adventures back to 1940. Can you see what he is talking about in each picture? What was your favourite part?
Our Class Author
Our class author is J.K Rowling. We have many treats in store as we read and enjoy her books and dip into the films in comparison. Watch this space for photos of our classroom!
If you fancy reading JK Rowling's latest book - The Christmas Pig - it will be available in the school library soon!
