Learn At Home

Homework is an important part of a pupils learning journey, allowing families to gain an insight into the learning that is taking place in the classroom, and giving pupils an opportunity to revisit and rehearse the skills they have been taught.

 

Each week, pupils will have an individual reading book and spellings to learn.

 

On alternating weeks, they will receive a piece of English or Maths homework.

 

Once a term, pupils will be given a piece of creative homework.

This homework is not compulsory and if families wish not to complete work that is their choice, however we do feel that it is beneficial. We hope that families enjoy sharing their child’s learning journey together.
