Year 6 Summer Fete: A Fantastic Afternoon of Fun!

Our Year 6 Summer Fete was a wonderful celebration filled with laughter, excitement and a real sense of community spirit. The children worked incredibly hard to organise the event, with the aim of raising money for their upcoming leavers’ fun day—and what a success it was!

All classes joined us for an afternoon of summer fun and games, enjoying a wide range of activities carefully planned and run by our enthusiastic Year 6 pupils. From stalls and challenges to laughter-filled games, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was fantastic to see the whole school coming together and supporting one another.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who donated items and contributions towards the fete. Your generosity truly helped make the event such a success and ensured that the children could create a memorable experience for all involved.

Year 6 would also like to say a special thank you to the parents and carers who joined us on the day. Your support helped make the event even more special and created a lovely atmosphere for one of Year 6’s final school events before they move on to secondary school.
