Year 5 Visit to Safeside

Kindness Day
Well done to our incredible Wellbeing Ambassadors for leading our assembly in celebration of Kindness Day.. They reminded us all of the importance of small acts of kindness and how they can make a big difference in our school community. Year 6 Remember
On the 11 th November Year 6 were joined by their parents, carers and family members as they went to the Cenotaph in Victoria Park to pay their respects to those who have fought and are still fighting in wars. The children led a short service and the laid a wreath. The children were very respectful as they observed a two minute silence. It was a moving and meaningful experience for everyone involved, reminding us of the importance of remembrance and gratitude.

Remembrance Day
Today, the children at Tipton Green Junior School came together to mark Remembrance Day with respect and thoughtfulness. Odd Socks Day!
Today, our school joined thousands of others across the country to celebrate Odd Socks Day 2025 – a fun and colourful way to kick off Anti-Bullying Week. Poppies for Remembrance
This week, the children have been creating poppies to plant in the playground in preparation for our Remembrance Day service on Tuesday. Our School Council has also been actively supporting the Poppy Appeal through their poppy sales. Thank you to all families for the wonderful artwork produced at home.
