Cooking Club Masters the Art of Shortbread

Cooking club made delicious shortbread today. The children carefully followed the recipe and learnt important baking techniques, such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and kneading the dough. They practised kneading by pressing, folding and shaping the mixture until it came together smoothly. The children worked well together and showed great focus and teamwork throughout the session. Some children enjoyed it so much that they asked to take the recipe home so they could make it again with their families.
