Cooking Club’s Crispy Quesadilla Creations!

Today in Cooking Club, the children made delicious quesadillas using Mexican-style wraps.

First, the children peeled mushrooms and peppers and chopped them into chunks. They then added the vegetables and onions to canned tomatoes and Quorn chicken, along with some seasoning. The mixture was cooked on the stove until everything was soft and full of flavour.

Next, the children cut the wraps into quarters and carefully folded the mixture inside the wraps. Finally, the filled wraps were fried in a pan for a few seconds until they were warm and slightly crispy.

The children did a fantastic job preparing the ingredients and enjoyed learning new cooking and food preparation skills. The quesadillas looked and smelled delicious! 🌯👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
