Year 5 and 6 Boys Football Match vs St Paul’

The Year 5 and 6 football team faced their toughest match yet against St Paul’s, ending in an exciting 2–2 draw. After a hard-fought first half that finished 0–0, Tipton came out determined in the second half. Despite going 1–0 down, the team showed real resilience and fought their way back into the game. Ollie lifted spirits with a fantastic free kick that found the back of the net, levelling the score.
The defence worked tirelessly throughout the match, making some brilliant tackles and vital blocks to keep Tipton in the game. Every player showed great teamwork and effort, winning important battles all over the pitch. With just five minutes to go, Tipton took the lead to make it 2–1, but in the final minute St Paul’s managed to equalise, bringing the game to a dramatic close.
It was a tough match, but Tipton demonstrated outstanding character, determination, and team spirit — a performance to be proud of!
