Year 5 Art

Children in Year 5 were asked to recreate the texture and impression of a wall on a polystyrene tile, which they then printed into their books. This activity links with the next lesson, where they will build on their work by adding a further piece of artwork inspired by the style of Banksy.

The children used printing ink to create their prints, experimenting carefully with texture and pattern.
