As part of their Raging Rivers Geography topic, Year 5 visited Carding Mill Valley to explore river features in a real-life setting. The children took part in a guided walk, a river study and river dipping, supported by National Trust volunteers.
It was fantastic to see them confidently using their geographical knowledge while enjoying the beautiful Shropshire countryside. The children represented the school brilliantly and should be very proud of their enthusiasm and excellent behaviour throughout the day.
