Cooking Club

In Cooking Club, we made a healthy version of spaghetti Bolognese. We began by chopping peppers and mushrooms, then added them to a mixture of chopped tomatoes and Quorn mince. While the sauce simmered, we boiled spaghetti until it was cooked.

We learned that using Quorn mince and plenty of vegetables is a healthy way to make this classic dish, reducing fat while still keeping it tasty and filling.
