Healthy Veggie & Fruit Skewers in Cooking Club

In cooking club, we made healthy vegetable skewers by cutting up fresh vegetables such as peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. We then added pieces of chicken or halloumi to create a colourful and balanced snack.
For a sweet treat, we made fruit skewers, carefully cutting a range of fruit into chunky pieces before threading them onto sticks.
Both dishes were quick, healthy and fun for the children to make.
