Year 3 children were excited to welcome their moms, nans, aunts or another special person to Tipton Green to join in with our Mother’s day celebrations. During their session, the children and parents enjoyed making their flower pot craft together, with lots of cutting, sticking and decorating! Afterwards, they even had time to sit and share a book or two! It was a lovely day and we would like to thank everyone who came and made it such a special day for the children!
Thank you to all the adults that attended and thank you for our super comments.
‘It was a lovely experience to sit with my child in her school setting and have some mother daughter time. The music being played in the background was a nice touch. The school ambassadors did an excellent job of greeting and directing us- they were very polite and were a credit to the school. The craft activity was beautiful and we have a sentimental keepsake to remember the experience.’
‘Thank you so much for having Mother’s Day celebrations. I think it was fantastic. A small gesture that meant a lot!’
‘I would like to say that the Mother’s Day craft was well organised, I had a warm welcome on arrival. My child said he loved it. I would like to say thank you to the teacher for the event.’
‘’I think that this event and the activities were really sweet and well planned out. I loved being able to spend time crafting trying something new with my child. Most of all he enjoyed it.’
