Year 5 STEM Robot Workshop!

Year 5 have also taken part in an exciting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) workshop that brought together creativity, teamwork and plenty of hands-on learning. Pupils were challenged to design and build their very own robots using Lego—before putting them to the test in a tricky maze challenge!

Once the building was complete, the real test began: programming. Using simple coding tools, the children learned how to give their robots precise instructions, experimenting with directions, timings and movements to guide them through the course.
