This week in Gardening Club, we did some weeding to help clean up the garden. We learned that it’s important to pull out the whole root so the weeds don’t grow back. This helps get the flower beds ready for planting.
We also made bug houses using natural things like stones, twigs, and pinecones. These give bugs a safe place to live. Some bugs, like bees and ladybirds, are good for the garden because they help pollinate flowers and eat pests.
It was a fun and busy session in the garden!
